  my first and only experience with your facility was not a good one. I drove up there two weekends ago to visit my boyfriend who I have not hugged nor kissed since January. I got there with 15 minutes to spare and brought a thousand outfits just to make sure I wouldn't be turned away for any reason. As I entered the building my heart was beating so fast it felt like it was coming out of my chest. I was directed to the cubicle all the way to the left from my side to an African-American officer who was extremely rude and dismissive. He informed me that my boboyfrie of 5 years who is the father of my child, spelled my name wrong, and got my address wrong,. He would not tell me how I spelled my name nor what address he had put and told me that I must get it corrected and simply had to leave even though I begged him and explained that I drove all the way from Wildwood. He had no sympathy and must have forgotten that I was a law-abiding citizen not an inmate. I cried the entire way home and I really wish I would have got his name so I could call his supervisor to tell him what a jerk he was. I realize there are rules and regulations but there was no need to be so cruel. he could have been a little kinder and maybe he's working too many hours or has been on the job waiting or just has a God complex comma but it makes me feel really sorry for my boyfriend and all the other inmates that have to deal with him on a regular basis. hopefully, the rest of your officers are not nearly so rude and I pray I have a better experience the next time I come.
